WARRANTY INFORMATION

Reelcare Ltd warrants that products supplied to the purchaser will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

During the warranty period, Reelcare Ltd will, at its discretion and expense, repair or replace any product proven to be defective, provided the defect has not resulted from improper care, incorrect installation, improper use, or handling.

Hose Warranty: Hoses are excluded from the two-year product warranty and are covered by a separate warranty of three months from the date of delivery.

No repairs or warranty work may be carried out by the purchaser or their representative without prior notification to Reelcare Ltd and its permission. Shipping charges for returned goods must be prepaid.

Reelcare Ltd accepts no liability for consequential damages, including loss of profit, whether or not such damages could reasonably have been anticipated. No other warranties, express or implied, are provided, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.

TERMS

• Payment Terms: Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise stated on the invoice or agreed in advance.
• Late Payment Charges: Interest of 1.5% per month may be charged on overdue payments for the period they remain outstanding.
• Complaints and Defects: Any complaints relating to deliveries or defects must be reported verbally within 48 hours and in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
• Returns: Goods will not be accepted for return without prior written authorisation from Reelcare Ltd and an assigned Returns Note.
• Restocking Fee: Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
• Returned Goods: Shipping charges for all returned goods must be prepaid.

FREIGHT

Reelcare Ltd will determine the method of packing and forwarding unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with the purchaser.

Prices are quoted on an ex-works basis unless otherwise agreed and exclude VAT, shipping, transport, and Letter of Credit costs.

Any complaints relating to goods received, including defects or delivery discrepancies, must be reported within the specified notification periods outlined in the Terms section.

DELIVERY

Delivery dates provided by Reelcare Ltd are estimates and should be treated as target dates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

If delivery is delayed beyond the agreed date, Reelcare Ltd reserves a period of up to 30 days to complete delivery. If delivery does not take place within this period, the purchaser may cancel the agreement in writing. No compensation may be claimed for late delivery under these terms.

Where circumstances beyond Reelcare Ltd’s control delay or prevent fulfilment of an agreement, Reelcare Ltd reserves the right to cancel the agreement without liability for compensation, as set out in its General Terms & Conditions.
